REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Author Registration: For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings and published through IEEE Xplore, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.
Full Registration: A full registration covers one paper.
Additional Author Registration: Each additional author of the same paper must register separately for a fee of 3000 INR per person, regardless of registration category if interested.
Paper Length: Each paper can be a maximum of 6 pages, including references.
Separate registrations are required for each paper submitted by the same author.

Accepted and presented papers from ICACC 2024 will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.

The registration process consists of two steps:

1. Payment guidelines

The payment for registration fee should be done through Registration Fee Payment
Steps to follow for the payment

Select Fee Name as RAJAGIRI CONFERENCE » Select the Category as ICACC 2024 » Enter the CAPTCHA code » Click on Continue.
Then fill the details and pay the registration fee.

The Registration type should be chosen as per the designation of the primary author of the submitted manuscript.
Please keep a copy of the payment receipt with the Transaction ID/ Transaction Number, generated by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. You may need these later if you need to track your payment/registration.
Note: Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.

2. Registration Guidelines

The registration for the conference should be done through Registration
IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership card in addition to the receipt of payment during the online registration process if registering under IEEE category.
Students are requested to upload valid student ID card (front and back side) during the online registration process if registering under the student category.

Please note
All communications regarding registration for ICACC 2024 should include the Paper ID.
Please be aware that ICACC 2024, along with its hosts—represented by the Organizing Committee will not be liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, resulting from improper online transactions.
After the registration is completed and payment is confirmed, the ICACC 2024 Organizing Team will send a confirmation email within 2-3 working days.
