Author Guide Lines for Camera Ready Paper Submission
  1. The paper should be in IEEE standard template and the maximum page length is 6 (Six).
  2. Ensure that the overall plagiarism level does not exceed 30%, and no more than 10% of content is from a single source. The IEEE CrossCheck system will be used to verify plagiarism levels in all submitted papers.
  3. All papers must include on the bottom(footer) of the first page the appropriate copyright notice:
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7913-6/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7913-6/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union
    • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7913-6/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
  4. All Manuscripts to be included in IEEE Xplore® should be validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore compatibility. Please follow the following steps to validate through PDF eXpress.
    • The authors to must add the above-mentioned copyright notice to their papers before creating PDFs.
    • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/)
    • First-time users are required to create an account using your email address along with the conference ID 63692X. Follow the prompts to enter the necessary information. Once completed, an online confirmation will be displayed, and a verification email will be sent to confirm your account setup.
    • Previous users of PDF eXpress need to login with the same password that was used for previous conferences. Please note the conference ID of this conference is 63692X.
  5. Please follow the following steps for the Camera-Ready Paper Submission
  6. In your CMT portal, you will find an option to submit your camera-ready paper. Before that, you must complete and submit the IEEE electronic copyright form. Important: Before completing the IEEE electronic copyright form, ensure that the paper title, authors' names, and affiliations are correctly entered in the CMT portal. Once the form is submitted, it cannot be revised.
  7. Please download and keep the PDF version of the IEEE copyright form after completing the copyright transfer.
  8. Next, upload the following files
    • The IEEE Copyright Form as a PDF (generated after transferring the IEEE copyright). Please name the file as Copyright_PaperID
    • The PDF of your paper that is compatible with IEEE PDF Xpress. Please name the file as Manuscript_PaperID

    The last date for the camera-ready paper submission is 29th October 2024.
