Technical papers describing original, previously unpublished results are solicited in all areas of theory and practice of Computing, Communication and Information Technologies. Special theme for this years conference is energy aware computing. Authors are invited to submit papers through Easychair Conference Management System (https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icacc2014 ). All the accepted papers will be published by IEEE Computer Society's CPS(http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/home) and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore
