Instructions
  • (*) At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register at the full registration rate.
  • If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered.
  • Payment Methods: NEFT/RTGS/ Net transfer/Demand draft.
    (No credit card payment method)

    • If you are using NEFT/RTGS/ Net transfer please make sure, at least Paper ID is clearly mentioned in the Funds Transfer Application

    • If you are using DD please ensure that the Participant/Author name, Paper ID and Conference Title are clearly mentioned in the back side of the DD.

  • Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Registration form to avail the deduction. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and Bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution/Department.
  • The regular papers may be extended, where a page charge of $30 per page (INR 1000 per page for Indian authors) would be levied for the additional pages beyond the regular limit of 4 pages.
