International Workshop on Recent Trends in Wireless and Mobile Computing (IWTMC)

International Workshop on Recent Trends in Wireless and Mobile Computing (IWTMC)
Kochi, Kerala, India
29-31 August 2013
Co-located Event held in association with International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communications (ACC-2013)

As the technology continues to evolve, wireless ad hoc and sensor networks are quickly emerging as an active research area with many applications. Dynamic self-organization, self-configuration, self-healing, easy maintenance, high scalability and reliable services are the favorable characteristics of ad hoc and sensor networks. Wireless mesh networks have been advocated as a cost-effective approach to support high-speed last mile connectivity and ubiquitous broadband access in the context of home networking, enterprise networking, or community networking. Researchers had put forth many solutions towards the problems in this field but still the room for research is open in this area.

The International Workshop on Recent Trends in Wireless and Mobile Computing (IWTMC) will be held as a part of International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communications (ACC-2013) which is being held at RSET, Cochin during 29th August to 31st August 2013.

The workshop will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Ad hoc, Sensor & Ubiquitous computing. It will include peer reviewed programs of oral/poster presentation sessions and invited talks by leading academicians/researchers/resource persons from industry.
