International Workshop on Applications of Signal Processing (I-WASP 2012)
Kochi, Kerala, India
August 9-11, 2012
In Conjunction with International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communications (ACC-2012)

Aim and Scope
The field of Digital Signal Processing has developed so fast in the last four decades. The development is related to the increasingly available technologies for implementing digital signal processing algorithms. The tremendous growth of development in the digital signal processing area has turned some of its specialized areas into fields themselves.

The International Workshop on on Applications of Signal Processing (I-WASP 2012) will be held as a part of International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communications (ACC) which is being held at RSET, Cochin this year from 9th August to 11th August 2012.The workshop is aiming to organizing advanced and emerging topics of modern signal processing. The workshop wants to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Signal Processing, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. Emphasis is laid on transferring theoretical results to practical applications and on building long-term cooperation between teams. We hope the marvelous venue of RSET will inspire the fruitful exchange of new ideas and future collaboration.
